People who know me personally will appreciate my even handed approach to just about everything. Following some reliable local feedback it appears that opposition could be as high as 60%.

There are several local people who feel especially aggrieved by the new development. Possibly foremost amongst these is the Roberts family. The view from their home will soon be a huge embankment and a traffic island.
